These Terms and Conditions governing the use of our Services and the agreement that operates between our esteem customers (“You”) and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of our Services. Security of Your Personal account

Regarding your personal account, your identity, contact and customer transaction information; Within the scope of our contractual relationship will automatically be collected and processed in electronic environment from you, mobile application or website for the following purposes.

  • Execution and supervision of finance and accounting processes,
  • Execution and supervision of the company’s business activities,
  • Execution of invoicing processes,
  • Execution of logistics, cargo activities and follow-up of delivery processes,
  • Making purchases on the website / mobile applications and confirming the identity information of the transaction,
  • Conducting communication activities,
  • Presenting products that you may be interested in, taking into account your interests,
  • Evaluation of your requests, complaints and suggestions regarding our products and services,

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access our Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party.
  • You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

Orders

  • The Customer should carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to their shopping cart and proceeding with an Order.
  • If You wish to place an Order for Products available on our online platforms, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number.
  • The Customer will receive an emailed acknowledgement of order from the Company as soon as practicable after the Customer has confirmed their Order and payment has been received by the Company.
  • If the Order is not accepted by the Company, the Company will notify the Customer to arrange for a full refund of any payment made by the Customer to be processed.
  • The Customer is obliged to provide the Company with accurate and complete delivery details when completing an Order. If a wrong address is provided, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Customer arising from late or non-delivery due to the Customer’s provision of incorrect or incomplete shipping details at the time of submitting an Order.
  • The Company will be deemed to have accepted the Customer’s Order when the Order is delivered to the Customer’s specified delivery address.

Payment

  • Payment for orders is made on our various modes of payment, detailed on our web and social media pages.
  • Due to security concerns, and the level of data protection, the company for now only allows financial transactions that are deemed more secure in the country which are all detailed on our pages.
  • Immediately after payments to the above platforms, the company will notify you of receipt of such funds within a day. Any transaction not notified (text, email) by the company means the transaction hasn’t been received.
  • Your transactional funds are still your money until the products ordered are delivered safely to you.

Fraud alert

  • The company does not engage any third party for its financial transactions with customers’ orders.
  • Customers who engage in such activity do it at their own risk.
  • Under no circumstance should you expose your electronic securities (pin, passwords) to any person, doing so exposes you to a high risk of fraudsters and the company will not be held reliable.
  • The only secured means of payment endorsed by the company are mobile money and bank transfers.

  • Any medium other than the ones on our page should be disregarded.

Third party

  • The company engages third parties in the delivery of other services that it provides to clients.
  • Third parties are under separate contractual agreements and are expected to comply.
  • Third parties have the right to sue and be sued just like any entity over a breach.
  • Detail and due diligence are done before engaging third-party’s service.

Privacy policy

Because of our engagement with cross-section of the society, we strongly adhere to and keep any information provided to us by our customers confidential. Also, though we are privileged to be entrusted with resolving the personal needs of our customers through our service provision, that personal information of any form is kept highly confidential and far from the reach of third parties.

  • Given the nature of the internet, the Company cannot guarantee that any data transmission is totally secure, free from viruses, fault or other conditions which could damage or interfere with the Customer’s computer systems and the Company does not warrant that the Customer’s access to the website will be uninterrupted, error free or that any defects will be corrected. Whilst the Company and its third parties’ contractors take precautions to protect information, the Company does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any content or information the Customer transmits via the online platforms. The Customer therefore transmits to the online platforms at their own risk and indemnifies the Company against any loss which is caused (directly or indirectly) by such transmission.
  • The Customer must take their own precautions to ensure that the process which they use to access our online platforms does not expose them to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage their own computer system. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Company nor its third-party contractors will accept any responsibility for any interference or damage to the Customer’s own computer system which arises in connection with the Customer’s use of our online platforms or any linked website.

Confidentiality

The Customer shall not, either during the operation of these Terms or at any time, thereafter, use or disclose to any person or entity any of the information in relation to the drawing, planning, design, or any other activity work performed by the Company.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through our Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Feedback

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, you agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service provided. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Governing laws

The laws of the Country shall govern these Terms and Your use of our Services. Your use of the application may also be subject to other international laws and conventions.
