Returns
- Returns must be initiated within a day from the date you received your purchase.
- Items must be in their original state and condition and in the original packaging.
- Include any invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
- Please allow 3 business days for the processing of returned items.
Refunds
- Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned item.
- An additional email will be sent within 3 business days of receipt regarding the status of the return.
- It may take up to 3 days for a refund to post to the account utilized for purchase.
Delivery And Handling Charges
- Delivery charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Delivery costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Replacements
- We allow replacement of items/goods bought by customers.
- Replacements may be processed for items of the same price. Additional fees may apply.
- Replacements are done at the customer’s own volition /no compulsion.
- Delivery fees are to be borne by the customer.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account (or original method of payment) again.
- Then contact your account issuers, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
- Kayoyi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kayoyi (kayoyi.com) will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and delivery carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Cancellation Of Order
- In addition to our Returns Policy, every customer has the right to cancel your order with us and receive a full refund within a day from the day of the order.
- To exercise your right to cancel, you must request within a day of receipt of the items.
