Order

How do I order for a product on your page?

With our five easy steps, you can order any product on our page. The steps are as follows;

Step 1: Search for a product via our website.

Step 2: Find an item you like.

Step 3: Adding a product to your basket (cart).

Step 4: Continue shopping or buy your product.

Step 5: Checkout and pay.

Tracking an order

How do I track my orders?

An update is sent to you every 24 hours on the statues of your order, so as to be in the know where your order has reached. Also, you can as well track your order through the menu titled “Track Order”.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

In addition to our Returns Policy, every customer has the right to cancel his/her order with us and receive a full refund within a maximum of three working day.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must request within a day of receipt of the items.

Can I receive my order anywhere in Ghana?

Yes. You can order and receive from any part of the country as delivery of orders including Pick Up stations covers all the 16 regional and 157 district capitals in Ghana.

Payment

How do I pay for a product selected in my cart?

Payment for an order can be done through:

Mobile money (Vodafone, MTN & AT Money)
Debit Cards (Visa & MasterCard)
Bank deposit (Any bank within Ghana)

How long do I get refunds after cancellation of an order?

Customers are notified via email upon receipt of returned item
An additional email will be sent within three business days of receipt regarding the statues of return.
It may take up to three days for a refund to post to the account utilized for purchase.

Which period in the year do you run promotions?

The company has a scheduled promotional programme. These periods offer customers the opportunity to buy goods at reduced prices on all our platforms. The rate of reduction differs from year to year. To be in the know, promotions are publicized on all our pages both on main and social media pages. Visit our pages regularly to be in the know.
